BALLER X — TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the BALLER X website, purchases from BALLER X and participation in BALLER X training challenges, competitions and related services.
Throughout these Terms, “BALLER X”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Baller X.
By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. ABOUT BALLER X
BALLER X is a football training platform designed to encourage players to train consistently through football training equipment, BALLER X 60 challenges, score submissions, leaderboards and rewards.
Our website and online store are powered by Shopify.
2. PARENTS, GUARDIANS AND YOUNG PLAYERS
BALLER X is designed to be used by young football players as well as adults.
Purchases and paid memberships for players under 18 must be made or authorised by a parent or legal guardian.
Where a player under 18 participates in BALLER X challenges or submits information or video content, a parent or guardian must provide any consent required by BALLER X.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising young players appropriately and deciding whether an activity is suitable for the individual player.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected product or membership.
An order is accepted when we confirm it and payment has been successfully processed.
Please make sure the information you provide when ordering, including your name, email and delivery address, is accurate.
We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, a payment cannot be processed, an obvious pricing error has occurred or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the relevant amount.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) unless stated otherwise.
Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your order.
You must be authorised to use the payment method used for an order.
5. BALLER X MEMBERSHIP
Where you choose the BALLER X monthly membership, the price and billing frequency will be clearly shown before checkout.
The current BALLER X monthly membership renews monthly until cancelled.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorise the recurring payment shown at checkout until the membership is cancelled.
You may cancel your membership in accordance with our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund payments already properly charged before cancellation.
Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected.
6. DELIVERY
Physical BALLER X products are delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.
If an order is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer law relating to delivery.
7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.
Our voluntary returns policy does not replace or restrict your statutory consumer rights.
8. BALLER X 60 CHALLENGES AND SCORES
BALLER X 60 challenges generally follow the format of one challenge, one minute and one score.
Players must follow the instructions and rules shown for each challenge.
Unless stated otherwise, only one submitted challenge entry per player per day counts towards BALLER X scoring. Players may practise or make multiple attempts before submitting their best valid attempt.
Submitted scores must accurately represent the attempt shown in the accompanying challenge video.
We may reject or remove an entry where we reasonably believe that the challenge rules were not followed, the score cannot be verified or information submitted is inaccurate.
We may correct leaderboard or scoring errors where necessary.
9. VIDEOS, PLAYER INFORMATION AND LEADERBOARDS
BALLER X may ask participants to submit challenge videos and player information so that entries can be reviewed and scores verified.
For players under 18, the required parent or guardian permission must be provided.
Leaderboards may display a player’s approved display name or first name/initial and their BALLER X score or ranking.
Challenge videos will not automatically be treated as permission for BALLER X to use a young player’s image or video in public advertising or social-media marketing. Where additional permission is required for promotional use, we will seek appropriate consent.
Personal information and submitted content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. PRIZES AND REWARDS
BALLER X may offer weekly, monthly or promotional prizes and rewards.
Eligibility may depend on following the applicable challenge rules, providing valid submissions and meeting any additional conditions stated for the relevant competition or promotion.
We may disqualify fraudulent, manipulated or invalid entries.
Where a specific promotion has additional terms, those terms will apply alongside these Terms.
11. TRAINING AND SAFETY
Football and physical exercise involve inherent risks.
Players should only attempt exercises appropriate for their age, ability and physical condition, use a suitable and safe training area, appropriate equipment and footwear, and stop exercising if they experience pain, dizziness or feel unwell.
Young players should train with appropriate parent, guardian or responsible-adult supervision.
BALLER X challenges and training content are general football-training activities and are not a substitute for individual medical, physiotherapy or professional coaching advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The BALLER X name, branding, logos, website design, challenge materials, graphics, text and original content belong to BALLER X or are used with permission.
They may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without our permission, except where permitted by law.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not misuse our website or services, attempt to gain unauthorised access to them, knowingly introduce malicious software, submit fraudulent challenge entries, impersonate another person or use BALLER X in an unlawful manner.
We may restrict access to BALLER X services where we reasonably believe these Terms or challenge rules have been seriously or repeatedly breached.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Some parts of BALLER X rely on third-party services, including Shopify and services used to process payments, host content or upload challenge videos.
Those providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen when the contract was entered into, except where the law provides otherwise.
16. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Because BALLER X involves young players, parents and guardians should review the Privacy Policy before allowing a child to participate or submit information or videos.
17. CHANGES TO BALLER X
We may update BALLER X challenges, features, rewards and these Terms from time to time.
Material changes affecting an existing paid membership will be communicated where required by law.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the laws applicable where you live.
Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
