BALLER X Membership Cancellation Policy

Monthly Membership

The BALLER X monthly membership is a recurring subscription currently charged at £29.99 per month.

When you purchase a monthly membership, you authorise us to charge the payment method provided at checkout each month until the membership is cancelled.

Cancelling your membership

You can cancel your BALLER X monthly membership at any time.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using the subscription management link provided with your order or account where available. If you need help cancelling, contact us at james.henry@ballerx.co.uk.

Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future renewal periods. Cancellation does not normally refund a membership payment that has already been correctly processed, subject to your statutory consumer rights and any applicable cancellation rights.

Returns and refunds

Cancelling a subscription and returning a physical product are separate matters.
